MENGO-Malaysian Environmental NGOs

The Malaysian Environmental Non-Governmental Organisations (MENGO) ,a network of 20 civil society organisations working on sustainable development and environmental conservation - including WWF-Malaysia - are organising a Treasure Hunt. It will be unique as no private vehicles will be used and only public transport will be promoted. Moreover, only recycled materials and consumables with minimum packaging will be used for the hunt as it also aims for near zero waste production.

Shogun Buffet @ 1Utama

Last Thursday,Applez,Fen,my 5B gangs,my sis,and me went to 1U to have our lunch at Shogun.
what a fortune,that day is J-Card Day.
thus,it was a disaster just to find a parking place ,I had wasted 35 mins.
When got there we go straight to the restaurant just to get the number.
guess what.....I got no 8,haha.....
when the time showed 11.50 am and everyone was crowding the entrance...

Before get inside,I estimate that they can accommodate up to 300 diners at any given time.

As soon as we stepped into the restaurant,staff members all lined up in 2 rows and bowed and greeted us “IRASS HAI-MASE~!!”

Anyway, let’s check out the nice Japanese food. I am not able to name each.....











I can't really tell how many rounds we had cause we were all busy eating and munching all the ways...

Overall, we had a really good time at Shogun and would probably go there again next time.
Guess what?1 person only charge RM24.70 and with unlimited foods and drinks(this promotion till 5 June 2009 only)

A piece of advice if you do decide to try this restaurant.
Call and make reservations first, otherwise you might end up waiting in the long queue for an hour or two, especially during dinner time!
(p/s:I going to eat up the whole shop this Thursday,wahahahaha)

Just got a call from course rep,tomorrow need to go college....
because not enough helper for orientation day.....
So,accepted....
looking back now is been a year.....
turn to be a seniors now....
what can I say life is simple....

A(H1N1)virus second case in Malaysia

A second Malaysian has been confirmed with the Influenza A (H1N1) virus at the Penang Hospital, said Health Ministry deputy director-general Datuk Dr Ramlee Rahmat.

Dr Ramlee said the patient, a female student in the United States, was admitted after she sought treatment for fever at the Penang Hospital on Friday evening and it was found that she had been travelling on the same flight as the first patient.

As in the first case, she too only developed a fever after returning home and the results of medical test by the Medical Research Institute yesterday morning confirmed she had the influenza, he said.

He said she was one of 16 suspected A(H1N1) patients warded at various hospital around the country as at yesterday evening but 12 others had been tested negative while the remainder three were still waiting for results.

P/S:Finally,another zombie...who knows tomorrow they will turn to be zombie..lol ignore what I said.
